I, hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber,” voluntarily participate in the London Art Walk program contracted by me. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of and accept that participation in the London Art Walk involves certain inherent risks and dangers. Therefore, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I assume full responsibility for the risks associated with my participation in the London Art Walk. I am aware that unforeseen and hazardous situations may arise during the tour, including but not limited to risks of physical injuries, property damage, or other adverse consequences.
- I release the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and guides from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that I, as the Subscriber, may suffer during the London Art Walk, regardless of whether they are caused by negligence or other reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, loss of personal belongings, property damage, and medical expenses.
- I commit to indemnify and hold the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and guides harmless from any claims, demands, lawsuits, costs, legal expenses, or liabilities arising from my participation in the London Art Walk.
- I understand that this Assumption of Risk and Release Agreement is binding and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and I agree that any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
- I confirm that I have read this document in its entirety, understood its content, and voluntarily agreed to it without any external pressure or influence. I acknowledge that no verbal representations, statements, or promises not contained in this contract are valid.
