“Having the art historian placing Hilma Af Klint and Mondrian in context within each other was valuable for my visit. The lecture (more a conversation that happened in a cafe across the gallery) was not only valuable information but also an ice breaker for the group to know each other and being less timid to ask questions. The exhibition showed me the trajectory of each artist allowing me to understand them more. The group visit will allow me to go back to the exhibition with a different gaze. Mondrian’s watercolour White Rose in a Glass (1921) stayed in my memory.”
